NESCOT College
We carried out a full electrical rewire of the second and third floors within the North Wing of the building. The works also included further works of rewiring the new osteopathy clinic’s and two hair salon studios, together with all associated hallways, landings, and toilet areas. This also included the installation of all new emergency lighting, new distribution boards, and new sub-main distribution.
The project was completed on programme with zero defects at handover. The client has since awarded us on further contracts.
St. George's Heights (Luxury Apartments)
We were appointed to deliver the full electrical installation for a luxury residential development consisting of eight high-end apartments in Esher, Surrey. The project demanded a high standard of workmanship, close coordination with other trades, and meticulous attention to detail to meet the client’s premium finish expectations.
The client was extremely satisfied with the standard of workmanship and has since engaged us to support further residential developments.
Belgrave Harriers Running Club
Belgrave Harriers Running Club required electrical safety and compliance works at the clubhouse in Wimbledon Village. The brief included completing an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR), upgrading the existing distribution board, installing a compliant emergency lighting system, and upgrading existing lighting to energy-efficient LED fittings.
This project demonstrates our capability to deliver safety-critical and energy-efficient electrical upgrades within a active environment. Through careful planning, coordination, and compliance management, the Belgrave Harriers clubhouse now benefits from a safer, more reliable, and more sustainable electrical installation.
