Client Brief
We were appointed to deliver the full electrical installation for a luxury residential development consisting of eight high-end apartments in Esher, Surrey. The project demanded a high standard of workmanship, close coordination with other trades, and meticulous attention to detail to meet the client’s premium finish expectations.
The client required an experienced electrical contractor to carry out the complete electrical package, from first fix through to final commissioning and certification. The brief focused on delivering a discreet, high-quality installation to support the architectural finish, while ensuring full compliance, reliability, and long-term performance.

Several late-stage design changes were also introduced to enhance the apartments, requiring flexible planning and fast turnaround without affecting the handover date.
We allocated a dedicated site supervisor and experienced installation team to manage the project from start to finish. Detailed installation planning and regular coordination meetings ensured our works aligned seamlessly with the wider construction programme.
Our electricians worked in clearly defined phases, completing and testing each apartment individually to maintain quality control and ensure smooth progression to second fix and final commissioning.
